'I am not a number'
I was commissioned by Cartwheel Arts to produce a response to the statistic "Art for Wellbeing participants had 20% increase in their wellbeing after taking part in the groups"
On paper, what might seem like a small increase in wellbeing can be a huge step for someone. So using found images and data in a 3D layered collage, I began to explore the way that we often reduce people and their stories to a statistic, and how that can affect the way we relate to one another.
